Role OverviewVML is looking for a Freelance Senior Project Manager - Health with a breadth and depth of expertise to champion omnichannel work across multiple workstreams with a focus excellent delivery at the center.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on project management and program delivery experience in an advertising or marketing communications firm
- Experience with HCP/DTC focused Health/Pharma Campaigns and Deliverables
- Experience with Ziflow, ProofHQ, and/or Workfront Proof
- Demonstrated experience with Smart sheet
- Proven track record in driving deliverables in digital, social, print content channels
- Customer experience and journey mapping, doe both HCP and DTC marketing experience are highly desired
- Good understanding of emerging web standards, user-centered design (UX/UI), optimization and search practices
- Experience working on large-scale integrated, omnichannel programs with multiple parallel work streams and diverse teams across remote offices
- High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them
- Self-motivated and driven to build and create great work
