Role OverviewThe Freezer Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking orders using an RF scan gun and operating hand pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse and shipping line.
What You Will Do
Pick product from inventory using an RF scanner in cold storage, ensure correct SKU and quantity are selected based on order requirements, use RF scanner to input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), palletize products and transport pallets to the staging area using a hand pallet jack.

Requirements
- 6 months of warehouse or order picking experience
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (30 lbs. consistently)
- Ability to use an RF scanner and follow order specifications
- Comfortable working in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Able to stand, bend, and walk for 8 or more hours per shift
- Must meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow SQF and safety standards
