Role OverviewManage a fast-paced nighttime dock operation, supervise employees, and ensure the clean and safe working conditions of the facility and equipment. Work closely with other supervisors and managers to provide direction, guidance, and coaching to team members.
What You Will Do
Plan the daily workforce needs, monitor and analyze opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies, and oversee procedure control for hazardous material shipments.

Must have 5 years of related work experience, supervisory or management experience, and experience in the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry. Must also have strong interpersonal and management skills, including the ability to effectively lead, coach, and influence employees.
