Role OverviewSchneider is seeking a Freight Broker in Green Bay, WI to establish and grow relationships with carriers and source carrier capacity.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect for and generate new carriers, sell load opportunities, quote and negotiate prices, manage freight pickup and transit, and work with sales reps and the network management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- One plus years of sales experience preferred
