Role OverviewSchneider is seeking a Freight Broker in Green Bay, WI to establish and grow relationships with carriers and source carrier capacity. The Freight Broker will also coach and mentor new freight brokers.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect for and generate new carriers. Sell load opportunities to new and existing carriers. Quote, negotiate prices and commit transportation services. Manage freight pickup, transit and drop-off to ensure excellent service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- One plus years of sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus
