Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of digital freight brokerage to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will lead marketing strategies that drive shipper and carrier acquisition, product adoption and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain technology required.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and freight operations
