Role OverviewA Freight Forwarder Ocean Import is responsible for managing the importation of goods by ocean, including all aspects of the logistics process such as customs clearance, carrier booking, cargo tracking, and delivery to the final destination. This role involves coordinating with various parties including carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
What You Will Do
Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination; Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods; Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
