Job Description
The Rock-It Company is looking for a Freight Forwarding Operations Agent to join their team in Doral, FL. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for arranging domestic and international transportation by air and ocean for live performance touring projects. You will work closely with seasoned operations leaders to deepen your expertise and build a strong foundation for your career in the industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Freight Forwarder experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry or military experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is preferred
  • Basic freight forwarder knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service & vendor relationship management skills
  • Comfort with basic Excel functions, and a general ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Ability to pass a security background check
