Role OverviewAs a Freight Operations Manager at XPO, you will be responsible for handling the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service provided to customers, guiding the complete daily operations of the service center, and overseeing revenue, profit, and cost controls. You will also be required to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs., work outdoors in inclement weather, and walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of related work experience, supervisory or management experience, and experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry.

Your typical day will involve handling the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery service provided to customers, guiding the complete daily operations of the service center, and overseeing revenue, profit, and cost controls. You will also be required to mentor and manage all personnel working at the facility.
