Role OverviewThe Freight Operations Supervisor will lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations, develop and implement strategic work procedures, and ensure production goals are met. The role requires knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations, and DOT rules and regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for enforcing company policies, rules, and regulations, and ensuring customer freight is processed and delivered timely and damage-free.

Requirements
- 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
- Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Distribution or Logistics, or 4 years of related work or military experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- LTL industry experience
