Join HDR's Freight Rail Market Sector to lead enterprise geotechnical services for Class 1 railroads, shaping best practices, guiding complex designs, and collaborating across regions to deliver safe, resilient, and cost-effective rail programs.

Requirements

  • Serve as a senior technical authority for railroad geotechnics (subgrade, slopes, foundations, geohazards).
  • Lead QA/QC, establish playbooks and templates, and mentor teams across regions.
  • Partner with Market Sector leadership and CAMs on growth strategies and pursuits.
  • Coordinate with civil, structures, hydraulics, environmental, and construction services for integrated delivery.
  • Support emergency/rapid-response efforts for geotechnical incidents.
