Role OverviewThe Freight & Transportation Manager will oversee all transportation operations across five distribution centers, developing and executing cost-effective transportation strategies to improve service levels while reducing freight costs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of transportation, freight management, or logistics leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, Dedicated Fleet, White Glove, Final Mile, Intermodal, Drayage, Expedited Freight, and TMS
- Proven success negotiating freight rates and transportation contracts
- Experience managing carrier relationships and transportation performance
