Job Description
The Sanitation Clerk plays an important role in the Fresh-cut Produce Commissary by cleaning production equipment, structures, and work areas, and ensuring food safety and plant hygiene.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in usage of sanitation chemicals
  • FDA regulations, GMP's, HACCP, SOP's and SSOP's
  • Reading chemical labels or Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Mathematical skills to calculate dilution rates
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Language skills to speak Spanish a plus
