Job Description
The Night Auditor is the face of the hotel during overnight hours and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and credit card information, identifying guest needs, and responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience in a hotel setting preferred
  • Hilton experience is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred
  • Must have valid drivers license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval
