Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including answering phones, registering guests, and handling room assignments and payments. The role requires a thorough working knowledge of the hotel property management system, Innquest, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling guest complaints, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to step into whatever role is needed
  • Ability to comply with all hotels policy and procedures
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and/or flexible hours
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hrs length of time
  • Ability to bend frequently during a shift
  • Ability to work on a computer for 8 hours day
