Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, including answering phones, registering guests, and handling room assignments and payments. The role requires a thorough working knowledge of the hotel property management system, Innquest, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling guest complaints, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
Flexibility to step into whatever role is needed
Ability to comply with all hotels policy and procedures
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and/or flexible hours
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Ability to stand for 8 hrs length of time
Ability to bend frequently during a shift
Ability to work on a computer for 8 hours day
