Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join its team. The agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking them out, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Front Desk Agent and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or in a high volume industry
