Job Description
The Concierge Ambassador will provide personalized guest service, coordinate dining, entertainment, and spa reservations, and promote the Caesars brand. The incumbent must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service experience in hotel, retail or restaurant setting.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, i.e., spreadsheets, Word documents, Excel documents and Power Point.
  • Organized, detail oriented self-starter, able to work independently and part of a group.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
