Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is searching for a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office Team in an On-Call capacity, providing exceptional experience to guests through personalized services and direct interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
  • Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
  • Open availability, including overnights and weekends
  • Comfortable with fast paced environment
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
