Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Desk role in a luxury hotel
  • In-depth understanding of Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond standards
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task be detail oriented
  • An operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
