Job Description
Front Desk Agent position at Icicle Village Resort, where you'll handle guest check-in and check-out processes, resolve guest issues, and make their day. Requires a working knowledge of the front desk, property management system, and PBX and Radio paging system.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
