The Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring all guests have a friendly arrival and departure experience, addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient, and hospitable manner. Key responsibilities include check-in and check-out efficiency, up-to-date understanding of room rates, and providing excellent guest service.
Requirements
Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
