Job Description
Hotel Magdalena is looking for a Front Desk Agent to exceed guest expectations in tasks such as telephone operations, checking guests in and out, taking reservations, and concierge services. The ideal candidate will be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language of the workplace, have six months of related experience in hospitality or service industry, and possess a high school diploma or GED. College degree is preferred.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree preferred
  • Six (6) months related experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System)
