Job Description
As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for owners and guests at the Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer operations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with owners, guests, and team members.
  • Basic math skills with experience in inventory and cash handling.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Occasionally lift 10 – 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
