Job Description
Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests, computing bills, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  • High school diploma or its equivalency required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
