Role OverviewAs a Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. You’ll handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, assist with guest inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other resort departments to deliver exceptional service.

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, manage reservations, answer phone calls and emails, provide information about resort amenities, and handle guest concerns or complaints.

Requirements
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and reservation systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
