Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the resort and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and owners. From arrival through departure, you will provide warm welcomes, friendly assistance, and exceptional service while helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

What You Will Do

Manage the guest registration process, answer telephone and courtesy calls, provide guests and owners with information about local activities, and dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer operations
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with guests, owners, and Team Members
• Basic math skills with experience handling cash and maintaining accurate records
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
