Job Description
As a Front Desk Agent, you will ensure a friendly arrival and departure experience for guests, addressing all needs and requests in a timely and hospitable manner. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel, handle incoming mail, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
