Job Description
Front Desk Agent (Overnight) provides exceptional customer service to residents and guests, coordinating with office administrative staff, and reporting incidents to management.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
Familiarity with computer software and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum six months related experience and/or training
Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations
Previous work experience in the hospitality industry highly preferred
