Role OverviewWe are looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients at our locations, it is essential to be welcoming, approachable, and supportive. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the flow of people entering the clinic, managing high patient volumes, providing information, and guiding visitors appropriately.
What You Will Do
Establish strong relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds through effective communication and empathy. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times. Demonstrate multitasking skills while remaining composed. Process payments and insurance estimates. Update patient information both in the system and on file.

Requirements

- Familiarity with basic insurance and medical terminology.
- Awareness of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, Office, EMR, PACS; Royal Solutions is a plus.
