Role Overview

Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Clerk. The hourly rate is $23.00/hour.

What You Will Do

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, check guests in and out efficiently, process payments, issue room keys, and assist with luggage. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, handle guest requests and concerns, maintain accurate records of guest accounts, collaborate with other hotel departments, and assist with concierge services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software, and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
