Role OverviewAs a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class patient care and focusing on putting every patient first. You will work in a team that uses individuality and dental expertise to practice group dentistry and ensure that every patient leaves the office feeling satisfied.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing clerical tasks, answering phone calls, greeting visitors/patients, scheduling and verifying patient appointments, explaining procedures and services to patients, and tracking appointments due to no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed
