The Front Desk Fitness Attendant is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions at the club by delivering friendly and welcoming service to members and guests. The role involves greeting members and guests, assisting with inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.

The primary responsibilities of the Front Desk Fitness Attendant include ensuring all members and guests check in, connecting with members regularly, creating personalized service, promoting club activities, and answering telephones promptly and courteously.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, or similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively and professionally with members and guests
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a public or recreational facility
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively assist members and respond to their needs or concerns
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. on occasion
