Role OverviewFront Desk Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for engaging conversation and has a direct impact on creating a memorable guest experience.
What You Will Do
Greet and thank guests, perform guest check-in and checkout procedures, post charges to guest accounts, collect payment, make and confirm reservations, answer phones, and address guests' needs.

Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a relevant field
- Ability to speak a second Language fluently
- Good working knowledge of Reserve/Opera software
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Physically agile, ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
