Role Overview

Front Desk Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for engaging conversation and has a direct impact on creating a memorable guest experience.

What You Will Do

Greet and thank guests, perform guest check-in and checkout procedures, post charges to guest accounts, collect payment, make and confirm reservations, answer phones, and address guests' needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a relevant field
  • Ability to speak a second Language fluently
  • Good working knowledge of Reserve/Opera software
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Physically agile, ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
