Front Desk I provides guest services and supports management in the general operation of the assigned facility. The role requires a safety culture, excellent customer service, and ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
Maintain a safety culture
Greet guests and employees courteously
Process transactions and data entry
Answer incoming calls
Perform filing and data entry
Exceed guests' needs with world-class customer service
Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures
Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Work safely in small and congested areas
