Role Overview

Front Desk Lead will own the client experience, run the booking calendar, drive rebooking and retention, sell memberships, and build relationships with clients. This role grows with the individual, with increasing responsibilities and rewards over time.

What You Will Do

Run the booking calendar, drive rebooking and retention, sell memberships, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include greeting every client and dog by name, recommending add-ons, and making clients feel valued.
