Role Overview

Maintains the efficient operations of the Front Desk, Night Audit and Guest Service areas by providing guests with the highest degree of hospitality and service. Strives for the highest possible occupancy levels while controlling wages and other expenses.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the Property Management System (PMS), solves technical or operational problems as reported by the users. Assist in the installation of all new applications obtained from the Corporate Office. Ensures that each guest receives prompt and courteous reception and service.

Requirements

  • Establishes and maintains proper credit procedures, eliminating bad debt and rebates whenever possible.
  • Maintains all equipment and supply inventory.
  • Responsible for the Property Management System (PMS), solves technical or operational problems as reported by the users.
  • Assists in the supervision of all associates at the Front Desk to include: hiring, firing, corrective action/discipline, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Provides excellent training and a positive work environment for all Front Desk associates in accordance with accepted brand standards.
