Role Overview

The Front Desk Manager oversees all front desk staff and is responsible for administrative duties and staff management. They must be able to work individually and within a team, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Front Desk Manager will perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling patient balances, and ordering office supplies. They will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, conducting training, and participating in quarterly audits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years medical office management experience
