Job Description
Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is an anti-poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We are in search of a Front Desk Monitor to answer telephone calls, receive and assist visitors, and aid residents at a transitional family shelter in the Bronx.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Security License
  • Fire Guard (F-02)
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Coordinator of Fire Safety & Alarms (F80)
