Job Description
Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Front Desk Monitor to answer phone calls, receive and assist visitors, and control front door access at their New Hope Shelter program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Polite and pleasant manner
  • Ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation
  • Ability to perform diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality
