Role OverviewThe Front Desk Monitor will be responsible for answering telephone calls, taking messages, receiving and assisting visitors, receiving and routing deliveries, aiding residents, and controlling front door access at a transitional family shelter.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Front Desk Monitor will include greeting visitors, ensuring clients sign in and out, routing mail and deliveries, handling crisis intervention, following emergency procedures, and conducting rounds at the residence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Security License
