Requirements

  • Conduct daily audit procedures according to hotel and company standards
  • Verify wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling
  • Prepare front office for upcoming shifts
  • Serve as Front Desk Host and Manager on Duty during overnight hours
  • Function as PBX operator during audit shift
  • Participate in front office meetings
  • Engage in training and cross-training opportunities
