Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to provide superior customer service to callers and clients, with a focus on being patient, courteous, and efficient. This part-time role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the waiting room, with the potential for light housekeeping and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient with strong skills in organization, good problem solving and attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in customer service within behavioral health services is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, and experience with Google Workspace preferred
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to privacy of health information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment
