Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Gateway Pediatric Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier treatment rooted in evidence-based ABA principles, celebrating everyday successes. We offer home and clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and work closely with families to meet each child’s unique needs in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You Will Do

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls, as well as working as a team to clean and maintain the clinic. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, and work cooperatively with other professionals and staff to facilitate positive interactions for clients and all involved in the client’s education.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred
• Front desk: 1 year preferred
• Driver's License required
• Reliable means of personal transportation
• NO PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY
• Ability to lift 30 pounds required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
