Role OverviewThe Front Desk Representative is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue through the sale of upgrades and guest amenities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins, responding to guest questions and concerns, assigning guest accommodations, and maintaining knowledge of hotel occupancy status and special events.

Requirements
- Twenty-one years of age or above
- High school degree or equivalent
- Hospitality or related field education or experience preferred

- Experience with and working knowledge of Mews or other property management systems is a plus
