Role OverviewThe Front Desk Representative warmly welcomes patients, recognizing their role as the first and last point of contact in the office. They manage patient check-ins by collecting co-payments and verifying insurance and demographic information.
What You Will Do
Collects co-payments, verifies insurance and demographic information, balances daily payments, maintains a clean and stocked waiting area, addresses patient walk-in concerns, prepares reports, schedules follow-up visits, and completes electronic tasks.
