Role Overview

Morris Eye Associates is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Specialist to manage patient communications, schedules, and billing. The ideal candidate is comfortable with EMR and PM software, and has experience with contact lens order platforms.

What You Will Do

Manage patient communications, schedules, and billing. Take payment from patients and submit billing claims to insurance panels.

Requirements

  • Comfortable managing patient communications via phone, text, and email
