Front Desk Specialist

This position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out functions utilizing EPIC. Assists patients as they present for scheduled appointments. Provides excellent customer service to all of our patients & co-workers.

What You Will Do

Screens patients with scheduled appointments, manages the front desk, answers and routes phone calls, completes patient scheduling activities, documents patient information in EPIC, reconciles payments, and maintains patient experience and safety.
