Role OverviewAs a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for accommodating hotel guests by registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts. You will also make and confirm reservations, present statements, and collect payments from guests. This role requires effective time management, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include registering guests, making and confirming reservations, accommodating guests with problems or requests, and assisting in the training and development of new Front Desk Agents. You will also be responsible for verifying agents' work, communicating with other departments, and maintaining a neat and organized work area.
