Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of the Front Desk by supporting team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining efficient front office operations. What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include supervising, scheduling, and supporting Front Desk team members during daily operations, serving as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office or General Manager, and assisting guests with check-in, check-out, room assignments, payments, and reservations.

Requirements

• Previous Front Desk, hotel, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience preferred

• Ability to coach and motivate team members while maintaining a positive work environment
• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred
