Role Overview

The Front End Specialist I assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The FeS I is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

What You Will Do

Greet and acknowledge every customer, accurately operate the register, assist with training, be knowledgeable of promotions, maintain a neat front end work area, and complete additional responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
  • Open scheduling availability
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities
  • Knowledge of industry terms and processes
  • Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
